What can I expect from the event?
The Horizon of Khufu is a unique virtual reality expedition that takes visitors on an immersive journey through ancient Egypt, exploring the heart of the exceptional monument during a fascinating era.
Where is the experience located?
The experience will be located at Place Laurier - 2700 Boul Laurier, Québec, QC G1V 2L8. Across from the Garage store.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The virtual reality experience lasts 45 minutes.
Beforehand, an introduction immerses you in the historical context of the period, and after the session, a post-experience area lets you extend your journey. In all, allow 1 hour on site to fully enjoy the experience.
Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your time slot.
In which languages is the experience available?
The experience is available in both English and French. Please note that subtitles are not available.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Visitors can park in the shopping center's parking lots.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 8 years old; please check if your ticket includes it.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Heels are not advised. To ensure a proper fit with the VR headset, please avoid hats or caps. Backpacks and handbags must be stored in the provided lockers.
Can I bring a backpack into the experience?
For safety reasons, backpacks, including small ones, are not permitted during the experience. They can be stored in the provided lockers.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
How many people can participate in a group?
Groups consist of 10 visitors maximum.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
A limited number of tickets may be available at the on-site box office, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot. Tickets can be purchased through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
What payment methods are accepted on site?
Credit and debit cards are accepted on site. Cash is not accepted.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You may change the date of your ticket up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. To request a change, please
contact us and include your ticket ID. One of our agents will respond with next steps.

Are school group visits available?
Horizon of Khufu is an ideal experience for schools and day camps looking to explore history. We offer preferential rates for school groups and work with you to organize an experience that is both fun and educational for your students. For more information, please contact us at

Are corporate or private group visits available?
Do all members of my group need to register at the same time?
Yes, if you want to experience it together. If members of your group are arriving at different times, we suggest booking your tickets separately.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase on our website.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Due to the multi-user tracking technology, service dogs are not permitted.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
The experience is accessible to individuals using a wheelchair, whether manual or motorized. To ensure smooth and safe movement within the immersive environment, we recommend that motorized wheelchairs be set to manual mode whenever possible.
I have balance issues or a history of dizziness. Can I still participate?
This experience may trigger dizziness. We provide a limited number of canes and wheelchairs for those who need extra stability during the experience. Please inform our staff upon arrival if you have concerns regarding your accessibility, and we will be happy to assist you.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Subtitles or captions are not available for this experience.
Can I wear eyeglasses during the experience?
Yes, you can wear your glasses. Staff will help position the headset correctly. People who are nearsighted should keep their glasses on. Reading glasses and glasses for farsightedness are not necessary. The maximum available width for glasses is 150 mm (5.9 inches). Larger frames may be problematic, so we suggest wearing contact lenses if possible.
Can I participate if I use hearing aids?
You can participate with hearing aids, but they cannot be connected to the VR headset.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Is the experience safe for people with heart conditions or epilepsy?
Participation is not recommended for individuals with these health conditions. Please note that this experience contains sequences with flashing lights. If you have concerns about your health and your ability to participate, please consult your healthcare professional before attending.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
While the experience is designed to be continuous, our staff can assist if you need a short break. Please let us know before the experience begins if you require accommodations.
Can the VR experience be uncomfortable or unsuitable for some people?
VR is not recommended for individuals with claustrophobia, agoraphobia, fear of heights, fear of environments, or epilepsy. People prone to motion sickness may also feel discomfort while using a VR headset. This can lead to symptoms such as drowsiness, increasing the risk of injury during real-world activities.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available within the shopping center.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, photography and video for personal use are permitted. Flash photography and tripods are not allowed. If staff appear in your content, please request their permission before posting. Professional photography requires prior approval from management.
Is coat check available?
Yes, lockers with keys are available. You will have access to them before entering the experience. Please note that the number of lockers is limited and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there an age requirement?
The experience is suitable for children aged 8 and up. For safety reasons, children under 8 are not permitted, even if carried. Children aged 8–12 must be accompanied by an adult. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver on-site for any participating minor. Please note: accompanying adults cannot assist children during the VR experience.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
